I think you&#039;re right about having the right support infrastructure for working relationships.  Of course the exact specifications of what works will differ wildly for different businesses, but the essentials of easy access to the right *people* as well as content is consistent for all transactions.  

It&#039;s just great to be part of the shaping of that infrastructure and hope we can collaboratively refine it for more effective interaction over time :)</description>
