		<description>Good question. The internet is made up so many things that are generally invisible, but required to make it work (DNS, Routers, Switches, ...). Vint Cerf is obviously another name that is there, but that was much earlier in the Internet's history (in the 1970's), designing the standards for IP which underpin the Internet.</description>
